As I was testing the MCU, I realized I don't have a way to simulate nHALT to do the bank switch. So, added the DIP switches that I was eventually going to add anyway. Also the second 10k resistor net. Here they are:

Now to connect in the temporary line. Actually, I might just swap HALT and RESET on the Arduino. I just need the RESET line to ensure that reset works. Don't need the Arduino for that. In fact, I wonder if now would be a good time to put the reset button in....
